Land of Inclusion exists on these principles:

1. No one is superior or inferior based on their physical/cognitive abilities or needs

2. Everyone can enjoy, participate and compete in electronic games.

Land of Inclusion is a level playing field for anyone who would like to engage in electronic gaming with others. Land of Inclusion players do not see the limitations of others but, instead, focus on the inclusion of anyone regardless of their abilities.

Land of Inclusion will be a hub for scheduling online events using a variety of tools such as Zoom and Discord. These events will be broadcast on Twitch. Players will not be required to video, voice or text chat if they do not want to (although this social interaction is encouraged), but their in-game presence will be viewable on the broadcast.

We will be starting our events with Minecraft Realms that supports Windows 10, Mobile and console cross play.

Land of Inclusion (LoI)Guidelines:

• Remember that everyone is unique and has his/her own unique needs
• Support one another and be willing to receive support
• Encourage those who need it, but allow them to rise on their own
• Be patient with others; there are time others need to be patient with you
• When in need of support or guidance, ask for help
• Good sportsmanship is the only winning play
• Trolls and Bullies need not join
• Play will be monitored and moderated, as needed, during online events
• Complaints of inappropriate/disrespectful behavior during game play (actions, chats or verbal interactions) will be swiftly evaluated and addressed, when reported
