Often, Eileen acts a Consultant working on creating behavioral plans, educational goals, disability resources, district/school-wide capacity-building activities and services.  Eileen has had training as an Employment Training Specialist through APSE (Association of People Supporting Employment First), which makes it possible for her to assist people with disabilities to seek out, acquire and excel in employment settings.  These experiences have allowed her to also act as a Consultant in the business world to employers looking to increase awareness of, and respond to, the needs of people with disabilities and their families.

As a public speaker, Eileen has spoken at local and statewide: benefits, conferences and trainings.  Presentations have focused on motivational topics, disabilities and education (based on the particular audience needs).
